etc/unicode.py emits ancient Rust code

It's using keywords from before the 0.4 syntax change.

(I suspect that this is unimportant and will get fixed if the need arises, but it'd be nice to not have cruft lying around if it can be helped.)

Curious coincidence; rewriting that to emit constant arrays rather than code is on my short list. Along with investigating gnu unistring.

I have this fixed up to emit const data tables now. Weirdly, doing so causes a bug in metadata reading. I haven't worked out what's going on yet. Somehow a const initializer is being set to zero.
