…jieyouxu,Shourya742 Add config builder for bootstrap tests I started writing a bunch of snapshot tests for build/check steps, and quickly realized that the current interface for defining them won't be enough, so I created a simple builder, which can scale to pretty much any kind of configuration in the future.
