I tested small program with jemalloc within this branch. |

If we cannot find a fix about android right now. we can proceed by removing jemalloc of android at rt.mk temporarily |

@thestinger: happens at both jemalloc in current incoming (3.3.1) and in this PR (3.4.0) |

after this landed, #7094 could solve android issues. |
