Re rust-lang/rust#50084 (comment):

@alexcrichton In contrast to what I said, I went ahead and made rustfix the library crate, and moved all the CLI code and its dependencies into a new1 cargo-fix crate. In can publish this as soon as you approve, and we can then iterator on it.
