Struct requires str knowledge before it is learned

The structs exercise requires some string knowledge, and that doesn't come until later. Consider changing the test order accordingly.

This issue does not seem to be resolved. When using rustlings watch, structs/structs1.rs is tested before strings/strings1.rs. This all happens before test 2.
