webpki-rootsandwebpki-root-certscrates. It depends upon and re-exports 1.0.0 using the "semver trick", meaning people depending on 0.26.x will nevertheless get future 1.x.y releases.Note base branch of rel-0.26; this is a new branch with branch point at 76a8dfd
