bug: Tooltips display when closing responsive sidebar

Describe your issue

I'm using the "Responsive collapsible Icon-only drawer sidebar" pattern from the documentation here: https://daisyui.com/components/drawer/#responsive-collapsible-icon-only-drawer-sidebar-using-is-drawer-close-and-is-drawer-open

When the sidebar is closed and you hover over an icon, a tooltip is displayed. On Safari (MacOS and iOS), when the sidebar is transitioning from open to closed, these tooltips are displayed briefly, resulting in a weird UI glitch. This behavior can be seen in the example on the DaisyUI website. Attached is a screen recording and a still frame from the recording.

I can confirm the issue on Safari. Chrome and Firefox are working correctly.
