Fixed #386 by loading the coreml library before attempting to load libwhisper.dylib
During the split of the native libraries to multiple dynamic libraries that have to be loaded, the coreml dynamic library was not added in the dependency order correctly.
Ideally, some int tests for coreml would be added as well that will run on the macos runner (follow-up needed)
