Documentation for exported members

While pampy exports 
```
matchValue,
    matchArray,
    matchDict,
    match,
    matchAll,
    matchPairs,
    zipLongest,
    PAD_VALUE,
    _,
    ANY,
    HEAD,
    TAIL,
    REST
```
most of them are not documented. Kinda misleading.
What's the purpose?
Can you add documentation or clean-up the exports plz?
