LGTM, thanks! Please feel free to merge and relaunch the job.

I'm fighting now with Ivy/Maven republishing. Once that is done the "assemble" hack can be finally removed and replaced with a more reliable Scala bootstrap process (I hope within a couple of days).

At this time anyone with a Moxie account should already be able to log in and do everything. If anyone does not have an account, please just direct them to me and I'll create them. (We should move off Moxie for authentication at some point, but that is still a TODO...)
