Travis failure probably due to transient repo.scala-sbt.org trouble. I hit "Restart" UPDATE: repo.scala-sbt.org is still flaky & causing failures here |
most notably Scala 2.13.0-M3

I hired a monkey to keep pressing "Restart" until both jobs went green, but it only worked on one of the two jobs. You're fired, monkey. |
