Clean up instances resources after the nightly tests are run #4343
Description
At the moment after the instance nightly tests are run there are resources that are left behind. Such as:
- placement groups
- flexible ips
- snapshots
- volumes
- instances
It would be helpful to have a way to clean them up after the tests are run.
