Highlight Transparent Probes should default to On each session

Description

A new option was created in #5043 to hide probes while highlighting alpha objects. I think this option should reset to its default state (On) each session.

Reproduction steps

• Go to an area with alpha objects and reflection probes
• Enable Highlight Transparent in Build menu > Options > Highlight Transparent
• Verify that Highlight Transparent Probes is enabled by default in the same menu.
• Disable Highlight Transparent Probes (shortcut: alt+shift+t).
• Relog
• Enable Highlight Transparent in Build menu > Options > Highlight Transparent
• Verify that Highlight Transparent Probes is enabled by default in the same menu.

Observed: Highlight Transparent Probes is Off.
