Uninstallable v0.0.5 release pop-up in hacs

The problem

Release version 0.0.5 has been created.
However, the release builder action contained a bug that prevented the building of the release.
Please wait for #303 to be merged, if your hacs shows an hass-victron update to 0.0.5 that fails when you attempt to install it
