Example that demonstrates use of Rollup to bundle

I've been working on getting ShareDB working with modern build tools. Namely TypeScript and Rollup. Would a new example be a welcome contribution?

I have working code at vizhub-core/codemirror-6-experiments#5, and I'd be happy to clean it up and submit it as a new entry to the /examples directory. Maybe called withRollup.
