Colorize .mill files to use Scala syntax

mill is a build tool for the Scala language that utilizes Scala as the build configuration language. They switched from naming their build configuration files from using .sc to .mill as the file extension.

Can the files with the .mill extension be recognized as Scala source files and colorized accordingly?
