v20.3.5 failing DI compile

We're using the following modules and versions with Magento CE 2.1.6:

shipperhq/module-logger (20.0.5)
shipperhq/module-common (20.1.5)
shipperhq/library-shipper (20.1.4)
shipperhq/library-ws (20.0.15)
shipperhq/module-shipper (20.3.5)

When running bin/magento setup:di:compile it fails the following error:

Looks like this may be an issue with ShipperHQ\Lib not being up to date on packagist, 20.1.5 was released for the lib module but packagist not up to date here: https://packagist.org/packages/shipperhq/library-shipper
