Add existing issues and pull requests to project

Must be completed by an admin.

1. Go to https://github.com/shipwright-io//issues
2. Check the box to select all issues
3. Click on Projects
4. Select the project to add all of the issues to.

@SaschaSchwarze0 @qu1queee This one should be ready to go now, i believe that you can select all issues or pull requests and move them to a project in bulk. Let me know if any assistance is needed.
