Copy Shipwright Artwork from CDF to CNCF

As part of CNCF onboarding, we need to submit any artwork to https://github.com/cncf/artwork via a pull request. Our artwork currently lives in https://github.com/cdfoundation/artwork - moving it over is a simple copy/paste of these assets.
