Enable pushing Triggers component images to ghcr.io

Idea:

Per todays shipwright-io/community#119 , we need to enable in this repository a GitHub action to build container images.

For this we need:

• the proper Github action, e.g. nightly build or per release
• add the REGISTRY_PASSWORD and REGISTRY_USERNAME keys to this repository.

This should not be necessary. The action will have the permission to push to ghcr.io/shipwright-io.
