[BUG] Posts Use Legacy `imgproc` Shortcode

Current Behavior

Some of our older blog posts use the /imgproc shortcode. This is a Docsy specific shortcode that is an impediment to adopting a different theme in-place.

Expected Behavior

This is a legacy function that should be replace with Hugo's built in image processor. See Hugo Image Processing for a full explanation on how it works/how to migrate.

In my current implementation, these has been replaced by markdown image insertion. However, I believe this not work all the time. I'd say the Hugo Image Processing is indeed the way to go.
