Meteor Tokens as Tailwind config

User story

As a developer using Meteor in combination with TailwindCSS, I would like to get Meteor color tokens as Tailwind config, so that I can use the Meteor colors seamlessly in my application.

Acceptance criteria

• Script adjusted and functionality added which creates a tailwind config as deliverable
• Tested with application using TailwindCSS (Feedback requested from Nexus team, ...)
