Rethink placeholders in inputs #991
Description
We're currently using placeholders for input fields all over the place, without really having any useful meaning behind them. We should think about reducing the use of them or improving their format for the benefit of our customers. Not using placeholders at all could result in a cleaner interface without any significant downside in most cases. We probably need to define usage guidelines to solve this.
