Filter out OBS Incidents with overtaking distance > 2m #4
Description
In the SimRa Dataset, there are rides with a couples OpenBikeSensor.
Some of those rides have "close pass" incidents generated by a coupled OpenBikeSensor.
However, it was not checked by the app, that they have an overtaking distance of more than 2 m.
This needs to be fixed, so that such incidents are not taken into account in the osmColoring.
