Invalid FCS_B connection #52
Description
FCS_B is connected to some random pin P6:
whereas it should be connected to Y27 that is specifically denoted as FCS_B:
As a result, the device can't be booted from flash and using normal tools for flashing (like proxy bitstream) is impossible. However, after building modified proxy bitstream, the device can be flashed, but not booted.
