Impedance profile

In future version impedance profile and accordingly design rules should be corrected to ensure expected tracks parameters. Take into account:

1. Design rules should contain precisely defined min/max and preffered values (all equal)
2. Every values in stack up, impedance profile and design rules should use the same units, preferably mm.
3. Take special attention into the rounding error - Altium calculates values with high precision that is later display with only few digits that do not represent the actual value. Correct results if necessary.
4. Maximum uncoupled length of differential pair should have some reasonable value defined in design rules, otherwise it's not reliable.
