Description:
To prevent users from regaining the level 1 role, moderators must manually remove it and apply the tainted role. This process could be automated with a command to streamline moderation efforts.

Proposed Command:
A new moderation command (e.g., /barrier @user) that:

1. Removes the level 1 role from the specified user.
2. Adds the tainted role to prevent automatic reassignment.

Additional Considerations:

• Ensure the command logs actions for transparency.
• Optionally restrict command usage to moderators.
• Confirm that the user can still access help VCs as intended.

Benefit:
Reduces manual workload for moderators and ensures consistency in handling restricted users.
