Officially drop Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) Support #2259
Description
Technically, this should be reserved for v2.0.0, but bootstrap-select doesn't currently work with IE8, and it hasn't for quite some time (since v1.13.0). I looked into what it would take to add support back, and it's simply not worth it. Large portions of the code would either have to be rewritten, and tons of polyfills would be needed, all to support a browser that next to nobody uses any more. v1.12.4 appears to mostly work with IE8, if anybody needs it.
Let me know if any of you have any objections, and I can consider leaving support until v2.0.0 (or possibly provide a polyfill add-on people could use). Otherwise, I'm excited to remove unneeded code (and unneeded headaches).
