The Qt module can be turned off by using "BUILD_QT=OFF". Ref solvcon#39 (prototype GUI)
* REntityBase as a base class for wrapping around QEntity for other purposes. R is the alphbet next to Q. * RStaticMesh for StaticMesh. * RScene class to wrap the logic for constructing the root entity.
The classes moved are: * REntityBase * RStaticMesh * RScene

The Qt module can be turned off by using
BUILD_QT=OFF. Github Action is updated to turn Qt off. It will be turned on after the viewer starts to be useful.Ref #39 (prototype GUI)
