Import SMIE from gbalats/souffle-mode #8
Description
This repo has another implementation of a souffle-mode for Emacs. One of the most compelling features is an implementation of auto-indentation using Emacs' SMIE. Once the license issues are clarified (gbalats/souffle-mode#2), if that repo isn't imported wholesale into this one (gbalats/souffle-mode#1) it would still be nice to copy over that feature.
