Update Sandbox examples

Describe the bug
The sandbox examples are not updated to the latest versions of the sourceloop services and packages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Check the package.json's of all the examples
2. The versions are outdated

Expected behavior
All the examples should be updated to the latest service versions.
