Index all docs in homepage

The [current `index.html`](https://github.com/spacchetti/starsuit/blob/master/index.html) is empty, but we should at least have some explanation and a list of all the tags we generated docs for, something like [Stackage's homepage](https://www.stackage.org/)

Note: the assumption is that we implement #1 first
