Dependency management for XMLUnit is incomplete

Currently `xmlunit-core`, `xmlunit-legacy` and `xmlunit-matchers` are managed by spring boot.

It would be great if the `xmlunit-assertj` (added in `XMLUnit 2.6.1`) and `xmlunit-placeholders` (added in `XMLUnit 2.6.0`) modules were added to spring boot dependency management.
