Enforce alignment with Spring Data Redis's version of Lettuce

This is a follow up of #45701. Once spring-projects/spring-data-redis#3160 has been addressed and we're building against a version of Spring Data that contains the change, we should start enforcing alignment of Lettuce's version in 3.4.x.

The upgrade's been made on the Spring Data Redis side so we can add the enforcement when we move to snapshots for the next round of maintenance releases.
