Remove Access API

We should revisit this possibility in Spring Security 8.

Hi, @ronodhirSoumik, thanks for volunteering. We won't be looking at it until Spring Security 8, which is targeted for 2028. I've added it to the 8.0.x milestone to clarify that.

Either way, yes you are more than welcome to work on it, but it won't be relevant and mergeable work for a while.
