Our sample SAML 2.0 IDP has moved from PWS to [PCFOne](https://simplesaml-for-spring-saml.apps.pcfone.io/saml2/idp/metadata.php). The samples should be updated accordingly. Note that this should be backported so that the SAML 2.0 samples on supported branches also continue working.
