add support for builder pattern for webflux functional endpoints

At the moment, the logic that extracts request mapping symbols and index information from functional webflux endpoints only recognizes the standard function calls, not the newer builder pattern (was introduced in 5.1). We should add support for the builder pattern here, so that the symbols are nicely extracted from those definitions as well.
