Make AbstractSoapEndpointMapping ignorant of SOAP version [SWS-13]

Currently, the SoapEndpointInvocationChain and AbstractSoapEndpointMapping use a default role that is SOAP 1.1 specific.

Instead, we should obtain the default role from the incoming SoapMessager, which contains the SOAP version.

Fixed. The default role is now determined from the SoapVersion of the request message.
