Add C# WS-Security client [SWS-30]

The C# client should also have WS-Security support. We will use Microsoft WSE to do so. Unfortunately, this means that it does not run on Mono any more.

I've added a separate client (getmileage.exe), which invoked the GetFrequentFlyerMileage Endpoint. The airline.exe does not use WS-Security functionality, and therefore does not require WSE.
