In-memory HSQL database support [SWS-83]

It would be nice to be able to run the airline samples without having to go through the trouble of actually setting up a database as a separate, external process. In-memory database support should be implemented and this can be accomplished completely declaratively, without touching any Java code.

It would be even nicer to pull out the database related applicationContext stash, so the source and test tree could have different configurations. If i.e. applicationContext-database.xml is located in both trees, then the one in the test tree will have precedence over the one in the source tree when running tests from the command line and through IDEA/Eclipse if Maven generated the project.

Done. I'm also using maven2 profiles now, to support different database, and bootstrap the data into it. All is explained in the readme.txt
