MessageDispatcherServlet does not transform WSDL locations [SWS-103]

When using the MessageDispatcherServlet facade, there is no way to transform WSDL location fields, because the WsdlDefinitionHandlerAdapter is not exposed. We should make it a property of the servlet, so that it can be set in the web.xml.

Fixed. You can set a transformWsdlLocations in the servlet configuration, like so:

    <servlet-class>org.springframework.ws.transport.http.MessageDispatcherServlet</servlet-class>
    <init-param>
        <!-- Transform the location attributes in WSDLs -->
        <param-name>transformWsdlLocations</param-name>
