MessageDispatcherServlet does not search servlet context for a WsdlDefinitionHandlerAdapter instance [SWS-146]

The servlet should look in it's application context for an instance of WsdlDefinitionHandlerAdapter to use. I believe this is the standard set by the DispatcherServlet for all pluggable logic modules. I'll open another issue for the MessageReceiverHandlerAdapter.
