I was reading this great reference documentation (the pdf file).

Chapter 3.5 - page 13 - Creating the project.

The last sentence puzzle me a bit:
(You can see the contents of the 'WEB-INF/spring-ws-servlet.xml' file for this example beginning here.)

I do not see the content anywhere.
