XStreamMarshaller - support for custom HierarchicalStreamDriver [SWS-235]

Add a mechanism for XStreamMarshaller to support any available HierarchicalStreamDriver. This would be used for (un)marshalling with Stream sources. The whole XStream marshaller could be rewritten to work with Sax, Dom and other sources in a similar manner. The test case is written all in one test case and uses Jettison to demonstrate how this marshaller could be used to work with JSON.
