Add traffic logging when response is fault [SWS-278]

Currently traffic is logged when response doesn't contain fault:
DEBUG [org.springframework.ws.client.MessageTracing]

But when there is fault contained in message, exception is raised and no traffic dump is logged.

I didn't mention that this problem of non logging fault messages was present both on client and server side.

Actually, I already implemented it :).

The fact that message tracing does not occur on the server side is strange, though. If I look at the code, it should happen.

My experience is that faults on the server are not logged if the org.springframework.ws.server.endpoint.interceptor.PayloadLoggingInterceptor is used, but that they will be logged by the org.springframework.ws.soap.server.endpoint.interceptor.SoapEnvelopeLoggingInterceptor.
