Add notification action setting, to allow the associated buffer to be opened when clicking on a notification.
Fixes an issue where notifications would be immediately dismissed in some Wayland DE(s) due to the D-Bus connection being dropped. Also fixes an issue where the icon would be relegated to the title section of the notification in some Wayland DE(s).
