Pre-release

Tests bdot detumbling control algorithm. Ideally, you should calibrate the magnetometer, but I've found doing so difficult because our board tends to crash. I believe this is an issue with the hardware, but if it continues to be an issue on the flight boards, that is very bad and we need to investigate quickly.

I've also included an "anti bdot" script that should speed up the satellite in the presence of an external magnetic field (i.e., speed up instead of slow down).

In terms of the hardware setup, you can do one of two strategies. For both, you'll need to find fishing line and hang the bdot test rig :3
(i) place a neodymium magnet close to the spinning test rig. this will create a strong magnetic field, but its direction is not exactly constant. still, good enough for verification
(ii) if we have a working helmholtz cage, turn that on to get a constant field in some direction. you just need to make sure that the field is strong enough to produce torques greater than the string (from twisting)
... and make sure to unplug the battery after each test, the magnetorquers will consume a lot of power.
