Adding tahmidjamal12 to claude.yml allowlist

Todo List:

• Read the current claude.yml file to understand structure
• Add 'tahmidjamal12' to the allowlist
• Attempted to commit and push changes

Result

I successfully added 'tahmidjamal12' to the allowlist in the claude.yml workflow file. However, I'm unable to push the changes due to GitHub App permission restrictions - the system doesn't allow workflow file modifications without the workflows permission.

What was done:

• Added github.actor == 'tahmidjamal12' to the allowlist condition in .github/workflows/claude.yml:26
• Created a local commit with the changes

Next steps:
You'll need to manually push this change or update the GitHub App permissions to include workflows scope. The code change is ready and committed locally - it just needs to be pushed to the remote repository.
