"Save New Snippet" does not appear in the context menu when it is chosen in the Settings.

Problem to Solve

"Save New Snippet" does not appear in the context menu when it is chosen in the Settings. Other items do appear in the context menu (when right-clicking on selected text) but this one does not. See the pictures below:

And, I even made sure to select two OneNote elements, just in case this was affected by my previous bug about "Save New Snippet" not working on single lines. I have tried right-clicking in lots of different places, in lots of different situations. It never shows up.

To Reproduce

1. Select "Save New Snippets" on the list in { Settings ; Context Menu }.
2. Restart OneNote (because that is what it says to do). And even restart computer, just in case.
3. "Save New Snippets" does not appear in the context menu.

Expected Behavior

"Save New Snippets" should show up in the context menu.
