0.1.0 D-MENU configurable replica

This version provides a d-menu style launcher bar, without the extras I planned to add, thus why not the 1.0.0.

The README has documentation on what this release has to offer, which is really not much.

Binaries are not provided in this release for the sake of multi platform building, since it's not a completed version I will leave whoever wants this to build it on their own.
